1. Regarding the prices, please note all the prices on our website are wholesale prices. It is really low and competitive. For example, the Rolex submarine is only US$89! 2. Our products have good quality. All the pictures are taken from our real product; the watches you receive will be the same as you see on the website. 3. We can offer good customer services. We think it is important to consider everything for our customers. 1) We’ll check all the watches before sending out, and won’t send a watch which has defect. 2) After sending out, we’ll tell you the tracking No. as soon as possible, then you can use it to check on the website. 3) If the situation happens that you receive a damaged one because of shipping, please don’t worry and tell us, we’ll send a new one to you for free. Please keep the damaged watch and help to send it back to us. We’ll pay the shipping cost. 3) You don’t need to worry about the packages been kept by custom, if the custom keep the packages, we’ll resend all the watches to you and all of them are free.
4. We usually send watches per EMS and TNT. To EMS packages, the weight below 1 kg/pkg is OK and is safe to pass custom. That’s about 5~7 watches. To TNT packages, we can send more in one package, about 30 pcs of watches. The shipping cost of EMS is US$30 per package, and TNT is US$70 per package. We’ll send all the watches to the addresses that you provide directly, the courier will take all your packages door to door. The delivery time is about 5~7 days.
